1 / What does it mean to be a Senior Rep?

Senior Reps serve as ambassadors for Elsie Elstoen Photography throughout their senior year. Reps participate in styled shoots, attend scheduled sessions, and share their images on social media to help promote the experience. If you love to take photos and can't wait to share them this is for you!

2 / Are there social media requirements?

Yes. Senior Reps are expected to share images from their sessions on their social media platforms and tag or collaborate (on Instagram) with Elsie Elstoen Photography. Typically, this includes story shares, reposts of, and supporting fellow Senior Reps by sharing their posts as well. Senior Reps should post on their story on their Instagram once a month. The goal is to have fun and not perfection!

3 / What happens if my senior can’t attend a group session?

Group sessions are optional but highly encouraged to get the full experience! I would like if everyone could at least attend 3 sessions, dates are reserved months in advance so you can block off your calender.

4 / Do I have to pay for certain locations?

Only when using private venues or farm properties that charge access fees for your individual sessions. I’ll let you know in advance and help with the booking process.

5 / Are group styled session fees included?

Yes! All location fees for group styled shoots are fully covered. You’ll never pay extra for team events or creative sessions.

6 / Do I have to pay the full program fee upfront?

No. Upon acceptance, a $200 retainer secures your spot in the program. Prior to our first group shoot or your individual session the remaining $300 will be due unless paying with cash, then you will pay at the session prior to departure.

7 / What are my payment options?

For your convenience, payment is accepted via credit card through Stripes secure online invoicing portal, as well as cash or Venmo.

8 / How are sessions scheduled?

Group session dates are planned well in advance and communicated clearly to families. Individual senior sessions are scheduled collaboratively, while group sessions are scheduled on preset dates. Early notice is always provided so families can plan accordingly.

9 / Who is eligible to apply?

The Senior Rep Program is open to Class of 2028 graduating seniors. Space is limited, and applicants must have parent or guardian permission to participate.

10 / How are Senior Reps selected?

Reps are selected based on personality, enthusiasm, reliability, involvement, and overall fit with the brand—not just appearance or prior modeling experience. Applications are reviewed as they are received, and space is extremely limited. Seniors who apply early receive priority consideration. We're looking for seniors who are excited to build relationships, show up consistently, and represent the experience well.

11 / What if we decide to withdraw from the program?

Because space is extremely limited and planning begins immediately, retainers and payments are non-refundable. Full program policies and expectations will be outlined in the contract provided upon acceptance.

12 / What if a Senior Rep is unable to fulfill their responsibilities?

The Senior Rep Program is built on trust, communication, and mutual commitment. If a Senior Rep consistently fails to meet program expectations, privileges associated with the program may be adjusted or revoked at our discretion. In rare cases, this may include removal from the program. All payments and fees remain non-refundable.

13 / How many people are you selecting?

I will be keeping the program pretty small! I'm looking for about 5-8 girls so I can focus on quality over quantity.

14/ Do parents have to attend?

No, parents are welcome to join if they would like but it's not a requirement. That is up to you and your senior! Seniors do have to have parent permission however to participate.
